Watch Party
Oct 15 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Where are you going to watch the Democratic Presidential Debates?

Start a Watch Party at your house.

Invite a few folks.

Make some popcorn.  Make some ice tea.

Enjoy!

There will be 12 candidates on stage

Seven candidates did not meet the threshold:

The lesser-known candidates haven’t had standout moments yet

The Democratic field has slimmed in the past month; New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has dropped out, as has former Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, who has now decided he will challenge Republican Sen. Cory Gardner in the Colorado Senate race instead. Rep. Seth Moulton dropped out, as did Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, who has instead been elevated as Democratic candidates’ climate guru.

Mendocino Organizer Training Application

I believe all of us who are concerned about climate change, the environment, and issues of social justice will at least at times find ourselves wanting to influence policy. This two day training gives people the tools to do it. I believe it is critically important that we not only have people understand the issues, but also ensure they have the tools to act – and act effectively. I hope you will consider attending (the application form is attached)  and if you can help me spread the word…. That would be great.

It’s a $500 value but most people will get a scholarship, but we do want people to pitch in at least $50. Don’t hesitate to give me a call with questions. Thanks.
